Partner Referral Program for Builders, Architects and Property Managers

Bring Summit Courts in early, keep your client happy, and earn a referral on courts that move forward.

Builders

Add a court to the site plan during construction so grading, drainage, conduit and lighting are done once. We can work as your court subcontractor.

Architects & landscape architects

Early help with court footprints, orientation, surfaces, fencing and lighting so the court fits the design intent.

Property managers

One point of contact for owners who want a court, resurfacing or an indoor court. We coordinate access and send photo updates.

How the referral program works

  1. Introduce us to a client or send their details.
  2. We handle the consultation, site visit and proposal, and keep you in the loop.
  3. When the project moves forward, you receive the referral fee in your partner agreement.

Referral terms: [REFERRAL TERMS — e.g. % of contract or flat fee, paid at a defined milestone]. Terms are confirmed in writing.
