How do I reserve a spring 2027 build slot?
Submit the reservation form. We'll follow up to schedule a consultation and site visit, then send a written proposal. A slot is held once you approve the proposal and pay the deposit described in it.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposit terms, including any refund conditions, are written into your proposal and agreement before you pay. Nothing is charged by submitting the reservation form.
Does submitting the form commit me to anything?
No. The form starts a conversation. You commit only when you sign a proposal and pay the deposit it describes.
How many spring 2027 slots are available?
Spring capacity is limited by Montana's short building season. We'll confirm current availability when we follow up on your request.
